www.equipmentrentalz.com is owned and operated by Equiprent LLC. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Equiprent LLC DBA www.equipmentrentalz.com. By viewing, subscribing and/or posting on www.equipmentrentalz.com you agree to the following terms and conditions: www.equipmentrentalz.com is for the rental of equipment, machinery, and related tools/accessories. Items posted for rent must fall under our pre-designated categories. If you do not see a category that applies to your piece of equipment, it does not belong on www.equipmentrentalz.com and your ad will be removed. Equiprent LLC reserves the right to disapprove, block or cancel a posted ad for any reason Blocked, cancelled, and/or disapproved ads are not subject to a refund of paid subscription services. All ads posted on www.equipmentrentalz.com are monitored and approved by Equiprent LLC. Ads may be disapproved for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the use of foul language, inappropriate content, irrelevant content, and/or an ad for the sale of equipment. This is a rental site only. “For Sale”
ads will be automatically rejected. Ads may take up to 48 hours to be approved. www.equipmentrentalz.com is a platform to get your available equipment viewed and rented. By submitting an ad on www.equipmentrentalz.com you are agreeing that all information in that ad is true. All ads must be posted by an owner or an individual who has been authorized to rent the piece of
equipment advertised. Equipmentrentalz.com is not responsible for:
• Confirming the identity of viewers, subscribers, users, or ad publishers.
• Verifying ownership or insurance status of posted equipment.
• Collecting or issuing payment of rented equipment.
• Damage to equipment posted/rented.
• Stolen equipment posted/rented.
• Scheduling and/or executing rental agreements.
Subscriptions to www.equipmentrentalz.com are billed every 30 days. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Subscribers will be billed for the entire 30-day cycle of their cancellation. No partial bill cycle refunds. Equiprent LLC reserves the right to cancel a subscription and block a user for a variety of reasons including but not limited to the use of foul language, false information in posted ads, non or late payments, and misconduct. Blocked subscribers/users will not be refunded for subscription payments already made. Ads may be posted by owners/principles of Equiprent LLC on equipmentrentalz.com at no subscription cost. Status of company ownership/employment will not be disclosed in ad postings.
